Discreet Packaging

We understand privacy is important.

All That's The Spot Surprise orders are shipped in plain, unbranded kraft packaging with no reference to the contents displayed on the outside.

The sender will appear as TTS Pty Ltd on shipping documentation.

 

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.

 

Retail Orders (B2C)

Orders placed through our website are typically dispatched on the next business day once payment has been received.

Estimated delivery timeframes are:

  • Metro areas: 2–6 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–8 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather events, public holidays, peak periods, and Australia Post delays.

 

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are typically dispatched within 7 business days of payment being received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For larger orders or pre-orders, dispatch timeframes may vary. We will communicate any expected delays as soon as possible.

 

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at hello@thatsthespot.com.au as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.

 

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the Australia Post system.

 

Delayed, Lost or Returned Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or returned to sender, please contact us at hello@thatsthespot.com.au and we will work with Australia Post to investigate.

That's The Spot Surprise is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers, incorrect addresses supplied by customers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
